Ingredients

Rolled Oats

a few Almonds
1/2 Tbsp Pepitas
1/2 Sunflower Seeds
Fruit
Mixed Seeds and Raisins
Non-Dairy Milk (Soy, Almond, Coco-Quench, Oat, or Rice Milk)

Heat Oats, Almonds, Pepitas and Sunflower seeds with the non-dairy milk until cooked. Serve with Fruit and sprinkle with Seed & Raisin mix.
